Adana'da doğdu. İlköğretimini Şanlıurfa'da tamamladıktan sonra Şanlıurfa Anadolu Lisesi'nden mezun oldu. Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesinin Ziraat Fakültesi Zootekni bölümünde lisans, Fen bilimleri Enstitüsünde Yükseklisans ve Doktorasını tamamladı. 2010 yılında Bingöl Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesinde Araştırma Görelisi olarak göreve başladı. 2016 yılında Bingöl Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Zootekni Bölümü Yemler ve Hayvan Besleme Anabilimdalına Yardımcı Doçent olarak atanmış, 2022 yılında ise Doçentik ünvanını almıştır.
