Summary

Enes is a Graph Machine Learning Engineer with deep academic and hands-on experience, holding a PhD from the University of York. He has deep expertise in encoding complex data structures into graph-structured data and 3D Point Cloud structured data forms, combining them with learning algorithms. He then utilises these representations in Graph Kernels and Geometric Deep Learning methods. Geometric Deep Learning methods are based on Graph Neural Networks and PointNet-based methods. Enes also researched haplotype reconstruction in a genome assembly project at the University of Copenhagen.
