Harun BİÇER, Assistant Professor, is an academic at Bingöl University, located in the Eastern Anatolia Region of Türkiye. Currently serving in the Genç Vocational School, he focuses on teaching and research in the field of Applied Mathematics. His academic work primarily involves Engineering, Applied and Computational Mathematics. He actively contributes to both national and international academic networks and seeks to promote knowledge production and community engagement through research and collaboration. Bingöl University is committed to academic excellence, regional development, and global engagement, and he is proud to be part of its growing academic community.
