Cemre Kılınç, Ph.D., is an academic at Bingöl University, located in the Eastern Anatolia Region of Türkiye. Serving in the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Architecture, she focuses on teaching and research in architectural design, cultural heritage, virtual environments, museum studies, public art, inclusive design, and basic design education.
She completed her undergraduate studies in Architecture at Mustafa Kemal University (2012–2016) and earned her M.Sc. in Architecture from Eskişehir Technical University (2017–2020). She then completed her Ph.D. in Architecture at Eskişehir Technical University (2020–2025), where her doctoral research examined accessibility and user experience within virtual museum environments.
Her academic work centers on interdisciplinary research addressing the representation of cultural heritage in digital platforms, inclusivity and accessibility in virtual museums, and the role of public art in fostering engaging and equitable urban spaces. She actively participates in national and international academic networks and contributes to knowledge production through collaborative research and community-focused design practices.
