Doygun Demirol received his bachelor's degree from the Department of Computer Education at the Faculty of Technical Education, Firat University in 2010, and his master's degree from the Department of Electronics and Computer Education at the Institute of Science, Firat University in 2013. He earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Engineering at Inonu University in 2025.

Enriching his academic background with industry experience, he worked as an Information Technologies teacher at institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education between 2010 and 2011, and as a Full Stack Developer in the private sector between 2013 and 2014. Joining Bingol University at the end of 2014, Dr. Demirol currently continues his academic activities as a faculty member at Genc Vocational School and concurrently serves at the Quality Management Coordinatorship.

His scientific research and areas of expertise focus on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Natural Language Processing, and Big Data technologies.
